Young people who live in rural areas can often find it difficult to access support to help with their learning progress or skills development.
By designing and delivering personalised learning or skills development programmes Emma helps young people fulfil their potential and progress onto their next steps. In order to promote access to this support, customised programmes are delivered through a combination of one-to-one coaching and remote learning via Internet-based technologies.
This ongoing project has helped many young people with a variety of learning and skills needs and goals. Clients have ranged from those who are unable to access the school curriculum owing to health or learning difficulties to students who need support to progress into further and higher education.
We have also worked with young people to provide coaching and mentoring as they move from the world of education and into training or the workplace.
